QA工程师

-        Overall people development and management within QA department, including training, coaching and developing people to reach potential and established goals

-        Lead and set up comprehensive quality management system both in site and OEM site . Continuously improve quality performance, reduce quality risk; Provide quality related consultation and service for site management.

-        Ensure quality system implementation with management procedure , SOP and control chart through effective measurement system

-        Assist in conducting quality issue investigation and root cause analysis, take proactive and effective actions to prevent & reduce quality issue, and provide a continuous improvement system to business

-        Work-out & Implement effective quality audit, inspection and tracking plan both in site and OEM site , supervise quality tasks and follow up action plans to minimize the risks and negative impacts. Establish & drive emergency preparedness plans for quality issues.

-        Guide and ensure proper quality MOC (management of change), such as formulation, spec , process parameter and so on …Implement risk assessment, control, registration and approval

-        Make sure all the information & documents of quality management are kept in right way.

-        Understand and help implement the site’s Quality Policy, Quality goals and objectives, and the Quality Improvement Process.

-        Be fully aware of specific quality assurance responsibilities and be familiar with site wide document control, internal quality audits, corrective action, non-conforming product and record keeping procedures.

任职要求

-        Chemical or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent education(full-time) with at least 2 years of working experience

-        Knowledge of ISO9000 QMS and quality tools, process management and improvement

-        Good presentation and communication skills

-        Could accept 20% business trip

-        Basic data collection and analytical skills

-        Fluent in English, spoken and written

-        Basic knowledge regarding Lean & Sixsigma is expected

-        Basic knowledge regarding polymer reaction is expected
