Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

Each professional engineers are responsible for daily safety, schedule, cost and quality management.

各专业工程师负责在现场进行日常的安全、进度、费用及质量管理。

Compile tendering document, Review the bids technically and communicate deviations

编制招标文件，审查标书技术偏差及沟通差异

Check design drawing and technical requirements, check concept design and detailed design workshop, unfinished list.

审核设计图纸和技术要求，审查概念设计及详细设计研讨会，未完事宜清单。

Check Contractor's schedule, plan, material report, and information inquiry list and site order.

审查承包商的进度计划、施工方案，材料报审、信息询问单及现场指令单。

Track contractor's preparation of third party testing of materials, silicon detection, completion files and sample project production.

跟踪承包商的材料的第三方检测，含硅检测，样板工程制作及竣工档案的编制情况。

Manage all site construction, report all problems from construction to BBA in time.

管理所有现场施工活动，及时向业主及项目总监汇报所有施工产生的各类问题。

Coordinate construction interface issues with each project partners.

协调与项目相关各参建方的施工界面问题。

According to the BBA require participate in meetings organized by the parties, including but not limited to: project meeting, project meeting with contractor, project meeting with technology, meetings with BBA and other special meetings.

根据业主需要参加各方组织的会议包括但不限于：项目界面会议、与承包商的项目例会、与工艺的项目例会、与业主的项目例会及其他专项会议。

Daily site check, progress check, cooperate with the supervision engineer and assist the quality team to rectify the problem.

每日现场检查，巡视进度、并协助质量小组进行问题整改。

Work with area managers, BBA and cost controls, evaluate the impact of changes on construction schedules and costs, and give guiding advice.

同区域经理、业主及费用控制一同评估变更对施工进度及费用的影响，并给出指导性建议。

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

University degree or above

本科及以上学历

Above 5 years in BMS/ automatic control engineering of industrial plant projects.

具备5年及以上工业厂房项目弱电BMS/自控工程管理经验。

With experience in electrical design/construction management of manufacturing industrial projects will be given priority.

-有完整制造业厂房项目电气设计/施工管理项目经验者优先考虑。

Good English and Mandarin, fluent spoken English is preferred

良好的英语和普通话，英语口语流利者优先

Very familiar with Microsoft Office applications

熟练操作微软办公软件

Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with clients and teams

具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够与客户和其他专业团队有效合作。

Well organized and able to multi-task, possess extreme attention to details

处事有条理，且能同时处理多个事件并非常关注细节
