Job Summary 工作概述 (主要描述所在岗位的主要职责、团队合作及工作目标等)
This position should be able to accurately understand customer needs, have proposal, coordination and promotion skills, be familiar with integrated marketing to effectively ensure the smooth implementation of customer brand projects. Mainly responsible for customers including head FMCG, personal electronics, beverages. Plays an important role in maintaining stable customer relationships and promoting potential business growth, and is responsible for the group's output in marketing, advertising and public relations (online and offline).

Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任 (主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容)
1. In-depth understanding of the industry, familiar with the whole link of experience marketing, to provide customers with strategic integrated marketing solutions;
2. Manage and deal with key customers' briefings, projects and specific needs, and optimize the work.
3. Daily customer management, including proposal, document and customer activity management.
4. Have the ability of project planning and summary reporting, assist the supervisor in the planning of communication activities and the formulation of annual and quarterly strategies, and support the supervisor in developing new business or expanding existing business.
5. Managed and ensured the accuracy of internal Brief documents, including strategy team, creative team, etc.
6. Responsible for internal cross-departmental, cross-country and cross-team communication for overseas or Global to Local projects.

2. 管理并处理重点客户的简报、项目及具体需求,并进行工作优化。
3. 进行日常客户管理,包括提案、文档及客户活动管理等。
4. 具备项目策划和总结汇报的能力,协助主管进行传播活动的策划及年度和季度战略的制定, 支持主管开拓新业务或扩展现有业务。
5. 管理及确保内部Brief文档的精准性,主要包含策略团队、创意团队等。
6. 针对出海或者Global to Local的项目中,负责内部跨部门、跨国家、跨团队的沟通。
Requirements 任职要求 (担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求)
1、Age 年龄范围:28-35years 28-35 岁
2、Degree And Professional certificate 学历专业及专业证书:bachelor degree or above,communication, marketing or related major 本科或以上,传播学、市场营销学或相关专业
3、Work Experience 工作经验:At least 5 years experiences in IMC or digital marketing, minimum 5 years experiences in 4A advertising agency and working for Fortune 500 companies. 8年以上品牌全案客户管理经验或数字营销经验, 至少5年4A广告公司的经历,并服务于世界500强企业。
4、Professional skills 专业技能:
* 具备较强的品牌全案策略策划能力,专业文笔功力和优秀的提案能力。Have a strong brand IMC strategic planning ability, professional writing skills and excellent proposal ability.
* 具有消费品行业(食品、饮料、美妆)客户项目管理经验优先 Account management experience in the consumer goods industry (food, beverage, beauty) is preferred
* Know new media, be familiar with the operation, mechanism and resources of Social commerce, and have experience in running Tiktok live broadcast, always on and new product launch campaign. 了解新媒体,熟悉Social-commerce的运营、机制、资源,有运作抖音直播间、always on 、新品上市campaign的经验。

* 注重细节,责任心强,高度的执行能力,结果导向,团队协作者Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, high level of execution, results-oriented, team collaborators

* 良好的沟通能力,语言表达技能,危机应变能力,可用英文作为工作语言。Good interpersonal skills, language skills, and strain ability,can use English as the working language.
