-New Product Launch:
Based on China product launch strategy which strategically followed HQ brand & product principles, take lead hydration & hybrid pillars' NPD/AD E2E launch plan, inclusive of pricing, IOQ, launch concept & strategy,assets preparation,launch training and IMC.
-Product Launch IMC Campaign:
Plan together with PM part leader reponsible product pillars' IMC based on product launch strategy with creativity & insight. Work closely with IMC team & Media team & agencies with regard to planning, execution & budget control, ensuring communication targets as well as onsite conversion.
-Product Management:
Regularly manage product masterfile, 360 marketing calendar.
Work closely with DC stakeholders for marketing supports on product initiatives.
Work closely with DP team for healthy stock maintenance.
Take initiatives in competitors study & market analysis.
-Administrative Support:
Reponsible for consultation report, free goods claim & competitors goods collection.
任职要求:
1. Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in FMCG, with full product lifecycle management experience preferred.
2. Strong data analysis skills to drive product optimization and decision-making based on data insights.
3. Excellent communication and coordination abilities to efficiently drive cross-departmental collaboration, with strong stress tolerance.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
