售后工程师

1.Solve automation machine mechanical or electrical problems, machine functional improvement solution follow-up, internal coordination to provide improvement solution

客户端自动化生产线及非标设备机械或电气方面问题的解决，设备功能改善方案的跟进，内部协调提供改善方案

2.Training customer maintenance and operate machine, training customer about Xenon meachine drawing with part list ,associate customer set up the machine spare part list

培训客户保养和操作训练，培训客户查看设备图纸及料号，建议机器常用备件

3.Service hot line support for customer. support customer with phone，email，wechat. discuss with customer about machine, teach them how to make machine work well.use remote solution monitor with analysis machine problem

通过电话邮件微信等方式对客户提供技术支持,和客户讨论设备故障,教客户排除故障,利用远程模块监控并分析设备故障

4.Solve or analysis the problem on site, look for the root cause of the problem and feedback in time

客户端现场解决或分析问题，寻找问题的根本原因并及时反馈

5.In the absence of out of the service case, participate in the company's internal equipment assembly,commissioning and acceptance, familiar with the technical principle,structure and difficulties of the equipment

在无外出的情况下，参与公司内部设备的装配，调试与验收，熟悉设备的技术原理，结构及难点

6.Support Germany machine setup in China, contact with Germany remote debugging machine, follow up machine status and get final acceptance 德国设备在国内的安装调试，与德国沟通远程调试设备，跟进设备状态，推进设备验收

7.Could keep in touch with customer and understand customer's needs on time

与客户保持联系并及时了解客户需求

8.Working with other relevant department

与公司其他部门协作

9.Other work assigned by supervisor

岗位要求Requirements：

1.College degree or above, mechanical or Electrical related majors

大专及以上学历，机械或电气相关专业

2.5 years' experience in mechanical and electrical commissioning, more than 3-year experience in after-sales service

5年以上机械电气调试经验，3年以上非标设备售后服务经验

3.Good command of Chinese and English, good at summing up and digging customer needs

良好的中英文表达能力，善于总结、挖掘客户需求

4.Ability to communicate internally and have the ability to coordinate and deploy resources

能做好内部沟通，有协调、调配资源的能力

5.Familiar with Siemens and Beckhoff PLC systems, EPSON, Stauble robot debugging experience, application experience of Keyence and Cognex cameras, driving license preferred

熟悉西门子和倍福PLC系统、有EPSON,Staubli机械手的调试经验，基恩士和康耐视相机的应用经验，驾照者优先

6.Have a deep understanding of the automation industry and industrial chain in the Yangtze River Delta Region, familiar with common automation companies and products on the market

对长三角地区自动化行业、工业链有深刻理解，熟悉市面上常见的自动化公司及产品

7.Able to work individually, strong responsibility and self-motivate
