备品备件采购经理/ MRO Purchasing Manager

工作地点：上海市、苏州市、天津市、北京市、重庆市、沈阳市等

招聘职位：备品备件采购经理/ MRO Spare Parts Purchasing Manager

职位数量：8名

工资范围：15000-19999元

具体要求如下：

注： 必须具有外资企业从事备口备件或间接材料采购/MRO采购至少一年以上经验，精通英语（以英文邮件沟通为主）

Responsibility:

1) Negotiate (MRO) spare parts, toolings, services prices and conditions with potential suppliers to establish long-term contracts.

2) Work with engineering to find, quote, and source capable equipment spare suppliers.

3) Implement cost reduction projects. Identify the most competitive source of supply and decrease the number of active suppliers to a more manageable level.

4) Identify innovative methods of procurement and ensure early supplier involvement.

5) Follow up purchase order delivery.

6) Report to Area Director in USA monthly by email.

Skills:

1) University graduate or above.

2) Must have minimum 1 years spare parts /MRO purchasing experience in multi-national company .

3) Competent in negotiating skills and assessing vendors.

4) Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.

5) Must have highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

6) Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

7) Must be fluent in English. especially communicate by Email in English.
