职位描述
工作任务 Tasks:
1. RMA产品的释放,接受,分析,处置和数据维护
RMA case release and returned parts receive, analysis, dispose and data maintenance
2. 协议组织客户处的紧急措施,内外部沟通
Coordination of immediate actions with the customer, internal and external communication
3. 客退品的失效分析和整理分析报告
Failure analysis of the RMA parts and prepare analysis report
4. 负责客户沟通现场问题的调查和信息收集反馈
Be responsible for customer onsite investigate and information collection
5. 和跨部门合作寻找根本原因
Work with other departments to establish root cause
6. 维护和更新每月的KPI
Maintain and monthly KPI report
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 机械、电子或相关专业本科以上学历;二年以上相关工作经历;
Becholar degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent, with at least 2 year’s relevant experience.
2. 了解机械制造过程,熟悉产品结构和生产流程
Understand mechanical manufacturing process and equipment, familiar with product structure and process flow of production line
3. 适应短期的出差,快速的到达客户处理,和反馈相关问题
Adapt to short-term business trips and quickly arrive at customers to deal with related problems
4. 高度的责任心和自我能动性,有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作精神;有良好的质量逻辑及质量理念
High sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills; good quality logic and quality concept
5. 熟悉基本测试和调试工具的使用 (例如公司相关产品的调试软件,万用表等)
Familiar with testing tools (product software, multimeter etc);
6. 基本英语水平,熟练操作计算机
Basic English is preferred, good command of computer skills
