IT运维工程师（国际业务）

1、IT需求收集整理，制定应对计划及负责落地实施；

2、IT事件管理、故障管理等日常IT运维管理、服务优化；

3、IT预算制定及IT费用管理；

4、IT资产的日常管理、采购预测、流程优化、统计与协调工作，以及资产业务的数据化；

5、其他海外办公室IT Infra相关工作协调及落地，例如链路租赁、打印机租赁等等。

Responsibilities:

1、Collect and sort out IT requirements , formulate response plans and be responsible for implementation；

2、IT operation and maintenance management such as IT incident management、IT malfunction management and optimize IT services；

3、Formulate IT budget and manage IT expenses；

4、Daily management, purchase forecast, process optimization, statistics and coordination of IT assets , and digitization of asset businesses；

5、Coordinate and implement other IT Infra related work of overseas offices, such as link leasing, printer leasing, etc.

任职要求：

1、大学本科或以上学历，IT专业背景，3年以上相关工作经验，英语沟通能力优秀；

2、熟悉windows 、Mac、Linux等操作系统的日常运维工作；

3、有一定的网络基础，能处理诊断并处理小型局域网的故障；

4、具备良好的沟通能力及抗压能力、具有团队精神，乐于学习；

5、有海外IT运维经验者优先。

Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, IT major background, 3+ years proven experience in an IT operations management position.Excellent English communication skills；

2、Familiar with the daily operation and maintenance of Windows, Mac, Linux and other operating systems；

3、Knowledge of network, can diagnose and deal with small LAN failures；

4、Have good communication skills and stress resistance；Have teamwork spirit and willing to learn；

5、Candidates with overseas IT operation and maintenance experience are preferred。
