1.Raw Material and Supplier Control: Collaborate with the procurement department to inspect and audit suppliers, conduct regular reevaluations and implement hierarchical management. Sample and inspect raw materials according to standards, handle non-conforming products, and prevent inferior raw materials from entering the factory.

2.Production Process Monitoring: Regularly conduct on-site inspections of the production site, checking equipment operation, employee operations, and process implementation. Record and analyze quality data, identify potential risks, and put forward improvement suggestions.

3.Finished Product Quality Assurance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of finished products, and issue a release report after they meet the standards. Keep samples of finished products, establish a traceability system, and deal with quality issues.

4.Quality System Maintenance: Compile and revise quality documents, convey new regulations, and organize training. Carry out internal audits to optimize the quality management system.
