ME Engineer

1.Participate with Project Mgmt. from initial phase to follow project implementation-follow check list.

2.The Release of the Technical Specification (follow Guideline).

Lead the design review of the production line.

3.Work together with Packaging/Logistic Eng. on developing material feeding, bins, material distribution, Kanban racks / supermarket (if need it), material delivery frequency.

4.Track the production line manufacturing progress.

5.Lead the pre-acceptance work of the production line.

6.Lead the installation and commissioning of the production line.

7.Responsible for the release of production line-related documents (WI/DWC/PFMEA. etc.).

8.Production line LOP problem tracking, solution, and feedback.

9.Cooperate with the work of relevant departments.

10.Complete the predetermined indicators related to the production line (CT/HC/Budget).

11.Device downtime rate is decreased.

12.The reduction of scrap rate.

13.Improvement activities associated with CT reduction were carried out.

14.Cooperate with the development of GKD activities.

15.To reach the PEP target.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor/master’s degree with Electrical Automation /Mechanical Automation major is a must

2.Written English is a must.

3.Strong technical skills, good communication, lean production knowledge as must, applied statistics quality and environmental systems.

4.Good executive and communication skills

5.Open mind and fast learning

6.Manufacturing engineer working experience is a must.

7.New project development experience is a must.

8.Rich in rear lamp welding experience,especially hot-plate welding and vibration welding.

9.Strong technical skills, good communication, lean production knowledge as must, applied statistics quality and environmental systems.

10.Strong on-site practical operation ability
