1、Lead the architecture design of core vacuum systems for thin-film deposition equipment, including the selection and integration of vacuum chambers, pump groups, leak detection systems, and control modules.

2、Ensure the system meets ultra-high vacuum (UHV) requirements and process stability standards.

3、Responsible for the development of vacuum equipment control software, implementing intelligent features such as adaptive vacuum regulation and self-diagnosis.

4、Build a centralized data platform and develop vacuum process parameter analysis modules to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

5、Lead the integration of electrical, mechanical, and vacuum subsystems.

6、Define PLC/HMI control logic to enable coordinated operation between multiple subsystems, such as vacuum systems, RF power supplies, and substrate heating stations.

Qualifications

1、Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale vacuum equipment R&D or design, with in-depth knowledge of vacuum system principles, structural features, and key component selection.

2、Proven experience in developing automation control systems with familiarity in electrical control, PLC, motion control, and sensor applications.

3、Proficient in VB or C++ programming, with strong skills in program design, debugging, and optimization; experience with multi-threading, data acquisition, and HMI development is a plus.

4、Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.

5、Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of quickly diagnosing and solving complex technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications

1、Experience in high-vacuum systems for industries such as semiconductors, magnetic recording, optoelectronics, or thin-film equipment.

2、Knowledge of vacuum pumps, gauges, chambers, and other key vacuum components, including selection, debugging, and maintenance.

3、International project experience or multinational company background, with the ability to read and write technical documents in English.

4、Proven experience in developing automation control systems for vacuum equipment, with familiarity in electrical control, Siemens S7 and 1500 PLC program, motion control, and sensor applications, Kepware communication
