Plant Quality Manager

-Develop, promote, support the systems and people that deliver quality ( QMS, APS, APDS)

-Implement, follow, improve, create standards (AS, local standards )

-Ensure proper APDS launches ( APDS team member, management of TG approval)

-Control and define manufacturing process parameters (control plan, standardized work, Poka-yoke verification, internal ppm method)

-Confirm quality meets customer requirements (product/process audit, COP, GP 12, PPAP approval)

-Guide and develop suppliers (S-APQP, AS 51, Autoliv Supplier Manual (ASM))

-Lead non-conformance investigations and chair plant CCRT (problem solving, six sigma, corrective action, lessons learned)

-Ensure adequate application and follow-up of Quality Alert (AS

53)

-Continuous improvement

Requirements:

-Fluent oral English

-Significant automotive experience with involvement in quality, project, process and manufacturing.

-Familiar with visual parts processing.

-Excellent skills in managing and implementing processes, systems and cultural changes, expert in problem solving, total quality management, advance product quality planning, auditing systems and preparing procedures.

-Very good skills in communicating to all levels within an organization, training others

-Knowledge and experience of the reference frames ISO TS 16949, QS 9000, ISO

14001.

-Knowledge and experience of the quality tools (AMDEC, processes audits, SPC, 8D, MSA, experimental designs…).

-Knowledge about the car industry sector and its requirements (quality, logistics, development cycles, projects management, costs).

-Familiar with product development process (APDS, APQP, ASPP)
