Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to FIG SZ Team.
- Assist RMs with credit review process and new proposal package.
- KYC/CDD follow up for client on-boarding and review.
- Work with RM to do post credit monitoring on clients.
- Assist RM in client management and maintenance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to FIG SZ Team, do internal and external coordination.
- Collect and analyze financials and assist RM with credit application process for securities paper, bank paper and other credit memo.
- Assist RM to do post credit monitoring, including quarterly loan classification, post condition and covenants checking.
- Assist RM to raise client on-boarding request and work with internal stakeholders to complete the KYC/CDD on time for new and review cases.
- Assist RM in processing transactions, coordinating amongst back office and product unit.
- Assist RM in client management, including client enquiries, account maintenance, documentation, etc.
- To complete the ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Experience
- At least 1~2-year working experience in institutional banking as fulltime CSO, ARM or CA is required; prior experience in FI segment is preferred.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- University graduate, major in Banking, Finance or Accounting.

- Self-motivated, good working attitude, responsible for assigned tasks.
- Result oriented, willing to follow through at deal execution stage.
- Solid credit skills and fluency in written and oral presentations in English.
- Effective communication and problem-solving technique.

- Credit risk assessment.
