职位描述

The incumbent will be responsible for installing, configuring and supporting our company’s hardware and software, as well as cloud computing service at AWS. Reporting to Technical Services Manager and collaborating with other team members on any infrastructure related projects.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of company’s cloud computing services at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Responsible for network administration, network infrastructure design, security, and deployment to ensure full compliance with the relevant standards and best practices

Responsible for liaising with internal users and external vendors to collect user requirements and propose suitable solutions in a cost-effective manner

Perform server enhancement, performance, and health status monitoring, troubleshooting network-related issues and problems

Manage system, web and application servers, VM platforms, storage, hardware, OS, software, network, firewalls and security

Manage IT assets and procurement

Participate in annual company Disaster Recovery drills

Perform specific tasks as instructed by his/her supervisor as and when needed

Requirements:

Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology/ Computing

5 years working experience in server and network system administration

Experience in MS Windows Server (AD, Exchange, MSSQL, IIS), Office 365, Hyper-V, VMWare, Linux, AIX, SAP, MDM

Experience in network setup, switch, firewall, VPN and load balancer configuration

Knowledge in information security, DLP, SOC, SIEM solution

Knowledge in backup and restore, performance monitoring and tuning

Independent, proactive, multitasking, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure (with extended hours)

Good communication skills in technical solutions to both technical and non-technical users, good team player with self-motivation and problem-solving skill
