Targets / 岗位目标:
- Ensure a smooth sales process towards the customer and internally. / 确保对客户及内部的销售流程顺利进行。
- Maintain good relationship with current customers and develop new customers and markets. / 与现有客户保持良好关系,并开发新的客户及市场。
Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务:
- Develop sales business plan for each sales area. Able to successfully achieve the annual sales target in the designated area of the company in line with the overall growth expectation. / 为每个销售行业制定销售业务计划,能够在公司指定行业成功完成年度销售目标,符合整体增长预期。
- Keep abreast of current and future market and customer product requirements. / 了解当前和未来的市场和客户对产品的需求。
- Develop, maintain and track major projects and customers. / 开发、维护和跟踪主要项目和客户。
- Initiate and coordinate sales plan to penetrate new customers. / 启动并协调销售计划以渗透新客户。
- Responsible for sales calls of all products and services of the company, including product introduction, negotiation and project tracking. / 负责公司所有产品和服务的销售电话,包括产品介绍、谈判和项目跟踪。
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of distributors and market supervision and management. Keep the market developing well. / 负责经销售商的开发、维护和市场监督管理,保持市场健康发展。
Requirements/岗位要求:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Control. / 电子、机械工程或自动化控制专业大学本科及以上学历。
At least 5 years of sales experience in the drive or automation industry. / 至少5年驱动或自动化行业的销售工作经验。
- Familiar with inverter products and related markets/熟悉变频器产品及相关市场
- Good communication skills, including written and spoken English/具有良好的中英文沟通能力
