Project & Facility Supervisor

1.本科以上学历，化学工程或环境工程相关专业；

Bachelor degree above with major of Chemical Engineer/Environment Engineer etc

2.10年以上化学或环境行业设备维护或过程管理经验；

More 10 years’ experience of equipment management or processing management in the industry of chemical and/or environment.

3.很强的安全意识，具有EHS方面的特定知识。

Strong sense of safety, being with EHS knowledge.

4.熟悉电气控制及自动控制系统；

Be familiar with electrical control and automatic control system.

5.丰富的项目实施经验；

Good experience of project management.

6.具备良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。

Good communication skill and leadership.

7.具备良好的逻辑思维能力和分析能力。

Good logic thinking and analytic skill.

8.英语流利，ECT 6级；

Fluent English skill.

Responsibilities:

1、负责搬迁项目管理，包括设施设备安装，工程建设项目管理。

Responsible for company relocation project and facility/equipment installation project.

2、负责所有设备设施管理工作，提供良好的工作环境使设备正常运转，做好设备维护计划和各项紧急预案

Being responsible for the overall equipment, ensuring the normal operation . Make the full plan and implementation of the equipment maintenance and prevention plan.

3、管理设施设备备件。确保公司所有的设备设施，公用工程都正常运行。

Management segments and spare parts of equipment/facility. Ensure all the facility, utility and infrastructure are in normal operation.

4、和生产部一起工作对设备进行持续改进

Work with Manufacturing department for the continues improvement to the equipment

5、EHS管理团队成员，协助EHS主管实施与维护EHS 管理系统，并根据公司和国家规章制度与法律更新系统

To be member of EHS management team. Assist EHS supervisor set up and maintain EHS management system, and update according to latest requirement from company or government.

6、公司指派的其他EHS和安保相关工作。

Other EHS and Security related working assigned by company.
