机械工程师

1、日常订单处理：

1）在ERP系统维护产品零件和其相关设置

2）在ERP系统上维护产品BOM及相关设置

3）图纸管理及发布

4）客户定制产品的设计，图纸准备，BOM组建及发布

2、设计变更/ECO/EAR：

1）对现有产品进行设计优化

2）根据具体的需求对产品设计进行相应修改

3）图纸变更及发布

3、新产品研发：

按照公司要求对新产品研发进行项目跟进，参与产品设计，改进，组装及测试等全流程。

任职要求：

1）本科及以上，工程、机械等相关专业

2）3 年工程方面经验，工业/自动化/航空制造公司为佳

3）有熟练使用绘图软件（如 Solidworks， AUTOCAD等）的经验

4）必须曾使用过ERP系统， LN 或类似系统为佳，如 SAP、CMS 等

5）必须精通Office办公软件，具备 Excel 优秀的数据组织和分析能力

6）具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作技能，能跨部门进行有效合作

7）注重细节，具有较强的组织协调能力和快速解决问题的能力

8）能够在快节奏的环境中工作，同时处理多个优先事项

Mechanical Engineer role is responsible for all item codes, master data, BOM, design and customization related routine job, together with Senior product engineering technologist to develop the engineering team’s capabilities for new product launch, engineering change, standardization and localization.

Responsibilities

Daily order treatment:

- The routine operation on ERP system to maintain item codes and other master data.

- The routine operation on ERP system to maintain and improve the BOM accuracy.

- Drawing management.

- Customization.

Design change/ECO/EAR:

- Design optimization.

- Design revise.

- Drawing update and revise.

New product development:

- Follow up and take action on new product development projects according to company requirements, participate in the entire process of product design, improvement, assembly, and testing.

Qualifications & Experiences

- College Degree in engineering.

- 3 years of demonstrated experience in engineering functions, ideally in an industrial/automotive/aerospace manufacturing environment.

- Experience of software like solidworks， AUTOCAD etc.

- Must have prior enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ideally LN or similar such as SAP, CMS etc

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with advance data organization and analytics capabilities in Excel.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to team work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and fast problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
