面料采购主管

1、实时掌握纱线市场价格及加工费用；

Know the yarn market price and processing cost in time;

2、熟悉生产部门的坯布、半漂布、染色布等价格，协助总经理询报价，对接孟加拉市场及其它市场的采购订单；

Familiar with the price of loomstate, PFD, dyeing, etc. Assist General Manager to quote; Responsible for the purchase order of Bangladesh market and other markets;

3、分析评估原料价格、加工成本和产品成本；分析行业市场情况，为公司采购价格合理的原料、坯布或半漂布；

Analyze and evaluate raw material price, processing cost and product cost; Analyze the market situation of the industry; Purchase the raw material, loomstate and PDF with reasonable price for the company;

4、与供应商建立良好的合作关系，掌握供应商的制造与供应能力，加强对供应商的管理和开发；

Establish good relationship with suppliers, know the supply capabilities of suppliers, strengthen the management and development of suppliers;

5、与供应商谈判付款条件、确认采购合同的细节；

Negotiate payment terms with suppliers and confirm the details of purchase contract;

6、协助管理采购&订单部门的日常工作，掌握订单的进度，指导下属解决问题，及时向上汇报；

Assist to manage the daily work of purchasing & order department; Master the progress of orders; Solve problems and report in time;

7、负责欧麻的可追溯性工作，比如欧麻证书、原料及加工环节；

Responsible for Traceability (EU flax, raw material/spinner weaver finisher);

8、总经理交办的其他任务。

Other work assigned by leader.

教育背景Educational Background

本科及以上；Bachelor or above

专业要求Professional Requirements

有纺织行业背景，纺织工程相关专业优先；

Well knowledge of textile, prefer major in Textile engineering or related.

知识与技能Knowledge and Skills

1.有较强的梭织面料专业知识，熟悉纺纱，织机，天然纤维，纤维素和合成纤维的染色和整理；Good knowledge in Yarn Spinning, loomstate weaving, dyeing and finishing for Natural fibers, Cellulosic and Synthetic fabrics；

2.熟悉原料市场，有一定的工厂资源；Know the raw material market, have mill resources;

3.熟悉各种生产工艺及面料成本的核算；Familiar with various production process and fabric cost accounting;

4.有较强的生产订单管理能力；Have strong production order management ability;

语言要求Language Requirements

英语口语流利, 适应英文工作环境；

Good oral and written English

能力素质Competency

1.诚实，注重细节，有较强的客户意识和成本意识；Must be honest, have strong detailed working spirits, Serve customer, Good sense of Profit & Loss；

2.有良好的人际、沟通能力，有管理团队的经验或潜质；Good communication skills, team management experience or potential;

3.自我驱动型，责任心强，善于解决问题；Self-motivated; Can solve problems efficiently;

4.适应国内外出差需要，有驾照的优先；Accept travelling, domestic or oversea, Driving license is preferred;

工作经验Work Experience

10年以上纺织品面料行业工作经验， 有同类型贸易公司管理经验或供应商资源的优先。

More than 10 years working experience in textile; Experience in management of similar trading companies or supplier resources is preferred.

办公软件Office software 能熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint等相关办公软件

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related office software.
