职责描述：

1. The design of electronic circuit

2. To complete the reliability of product

3. To understand technical evolution in China and oversea

4. To execute the development control of ISO9001 and responsible for input and output of

design

5. Works for related business line and potentially support other business line.

6. Participate to the offers, design and validation of the projects

7. Support customers and ensure the correct technical coordination between customers' and

MM's design teams

8. Support the project leader in daily technical issues

9. Develop new product concepts and apply engineering principles to estimate the feasibility and relative cost and relative cost and performance of alternative solutions

10. Collect and share knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and

presentations for designers, engineers and managers across the company

11. Responsible for the accuracy of the design/improvement work & its timely implementation into

production

12. Design & Develops product design/improvements utilizing tools for existing product that meet

marketing & Eng. specifications, quality, time & cost targets

13. Acquires prototypes that accurately reflect product design/improvements for testing &

development

14. Develop specific product design solutions based on concepts selected for development

13. Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, TS 16949 requirements

15. Other works given by Mgr.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree, major in electronic or with relevant background

2. At least 6 year work experiences in industrial HW

3. Preferable if having knowledge on vehicle electronics function design such as body control,

door control, seat control, valve control, thermal management…;

4. Familiar with EMC

5. Familiar with electronic components and external circuit design of CPU

6. Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail

7. Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and

time)

8. Knowledge and skills about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949

9. Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is prefer

10.Good communications skills
