61 Standardize manufacturing processes including times

61 Investigate, lead, manage and run local manufacturing process development

o Select and run projects to continuously improve safety, quality and to reduce costs

o Continuously search for potential to improve manufacturing

o Ensure permanent change when implementing new methods by establishing the standards for line organization and acting as knowledge owner

o Support kaizen activities of the unit

61 Participating new tooling development and realization, also with new orders coming through Customer Order Engineering

61 Participate in separately defined (project portfolio) local global technology projects when needed

Qualifications & requirements

61 Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering

61 Minimum five years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering, product/tool design work or equivalent

61 Solid manufacturing processes theory knowledge

61 Solid knowledge of LEAN thinking, concepts and tools

61 Engineering tools: 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred), PDM/PLM (Siemens Teamcenter preferred)

61 Basic quality tools knowledge. Six Sigma / statistical methods is a plus.

61 Design For Manufacturability (DFMA, DFA, DFS, DFT, DFL)

61 Risk mitigation tools knowledge (FMEA, etc.)

61 Analytical, capability to identify essentials

61 Good in building internal/external network

二、Sr. EHS Engineer

Key Tasks

61 Provide tools and guidance to management and assist them in fulfilling their HSE responsibilities

61 Monitor HSE performance and provide analyzed data for management

61 Facilitate and support HSE hazard identification and risk assessment in each responsible areas.

61 Define HSE training needs and provide HSE training to managers, supervisors, employees, contractors and subcontractors.

61 Facilitate incident/accident investigations and follow up the corrective actions plans.

61 Ensure HSE related data is reported according to Metso processes in timely manner.

61 Follow-up and share information about local HSE requirements from legislation, customers, and Metso Group.

61 Participate in internal and external HSE audit programs.

61 Ensure local emergency preparedness.

61 Assist in the review of HSE aspects related to new or modified equipment, chemicals and processes.

61 Develop and support local HSE management system to facilitate continuous improvement of HSE

Qualifications

61 University or Above

61 Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in multinational company on EHS function

61 Good actual experience on Machine guarding and risk assessment

61 HSE Knowledge

61 HSE legislation, standards and practices

61 Supplier Management

61 Influencing and negotiating

三、Sr. Maintenance Engineer

Key Tasks

61 Responsible for the establishment of equipment and facility maintenance plan, implementation and evaluation.

61 Working closely with production, engineering department and HSE to ensure the normal operation and efficiency of equipment and facility and to maximum the utilization of equipment.

61 Dealing with urgent and big equipment failure and solve problems timely and effectively.

61 Develop, improve and modify equipment to meet with the requirements of developing new product, improve product quality, increasing productivity and ensuring safety.

61 Work together with production and HSE to ensure supplier and contractor following HSE rules and regulations in foundry.

61 Responsible for maintenance documents’ management.

61 Responsible for training of staff about equipment and promoting maintenance culture among users.

61 Update electricity and water related rules and regulations released by local government.

61 Control maintenance cost in budget.

61 Team development and successor planning.

Qualifications

61 College or above on Mechanical, Electrical or related mojor,

61 5 or above years’ experience in maintenance in multinational company;

61 Good TPM actual experience

61 Positive and self-motivated

61 Sound knowledge of equipment, spare parts, electricity and relevant laws and regulations.

61 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & IT System
