Product Quality Management Manager(PQM Manager)

1) Accountable for all complete product validation process.

2) Accountable for all audits (supplier process, production process)

3) Proving quality requirement in Control planning

4)Facilitation of FMEA &other risk evaluation

5)Support facilitation of readiness check

6)Manage approbation process if have

7)Lead team members to achieve team`s performance requirements: Specialized in product qualification & reliability testing Specialized in using statistical, quality & problem solving methods Auditing method Facilitation of tools &methods (e.g readiness check, FMEA &risk evaluation, lessons learned)

Working Requirements:

Quality tools &methods (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, risk evaluation…)

Supplier Quality Management (SQM)

Product test standards (qualification &reliability)

Norms &external standard (like legal requirements)

Project management Product, product range, necessary technologies (electronics circuit etc)

Skills:

Ability to support critical voices in new project (Leadership)

Ability to think ahead & be aware of possible problems (change management) Team facilitation, solving conflicts &Escalation (Collaborating & Influencing)

Ability to create and review OK2X /Yield reports.

Ability to have fluent in English both in writing and speaking (Communication language).

Qualifications:

At least 8-10 years working in electrical industry and bachelor degree or above is preferred.

Experience with Apple customers is a plus.

Familiar with SMT/FLEX products and process.
