As production coordinator you are responsible for overseeing the production process of electrical cabinets and greenhouse irrigation equipment. You are coordinating the production activities and operations. As a hands-on production coordinator you know all the details of the products and the process, you keep overview of all the work, plan accurately so you can deliver products in time, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Besides managing, checking and coaching your team of 2-3 production colleagues, you will actively work alongside the production line.
You are also the prioritized point of contact for our commercial team and need to communicate with them about order details and delivery dates.
Requirements
- Educated and work experience as an electrical (and mechanical) engineer
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability coordinate and manage team of 2-3 production colleagues
- Proven production/manufacturing and coordination experience in electro-technical product production
- Good level of English for communication with head office
- Willingness to move to Tianjin greater area
