Job Description
61 Manage all office administration to provide a professional work place for the staff.
Job Responsibilities
61 Manage and updates the registration status and business license of the office.
61 Visa and invitation letter application.
61 Relocation work for Expatriate (relocation/apartment/child school)
61 Office car and long renting car management.
61 Vendor cost controlling and management.
61 Contract & other documents filling record management.
61 Safety management.
61 VIP and Meeting setup.
61 Check floor and office facilities maintenance.
61 Company format document management.
61 Staff car parking management
61 Project Support
61 Payments (air ticket/leasing/car)
61 Other admin assist work
Basic Qualifications
61 University or college graduated
61 Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration or secretarial work.
Preferred Qualifications
61 Fluent in English communications (spoken, written, reading and listening).
61 Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
61 Good planning, organization and priority skills.
61 Able to operate computers, especially MS Word applications, well.
