1.Responsible for leading the cross-functional team through market analysis, product definition, planning, prototyping, V&V, product launch and execution of the project refer to Cytiva NPD process.

2.Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all functions, organize, lead and motivate the project team to complete all project in scope tasks and meet project QDCP targets.

3.Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated mitigation/corrective action plans.

4.Responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule.

5.Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time, provide the project evaluation and project status report to management on a regular basis.

Hiring benchmark

1.Master Degree in biological science/biochemistry/biochemical engineering or related, understanding of the biotech/biopharmaceutical manufacturing process flow

2.Self-starting individual able to manage and deliver targets for multiple projects.

3.“Can do” attitude to focus self and team on project delivery.

4.Strong Leadership ability, working with people and taking responsibility for issues.

5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Chinese and English, time management and organizational skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills.

6.PMP certification would be a plus.
