特别说明:该岗位可选择在公司总部康众医疗办公(所在地:江苏苏州工业园区内)
主要职责:
1.市场调研与分析:技术发展趋势、市场需求、用户需求、竞对竞品分析等,为产品定位和营销策略提供数据支持。
2.跟踪国内外相关政策法规的变化,确保产品符合目标市场的准入要求。
3.产品定义:产品指标、优先级功能、市场定位、市场策略等定义,确保产品在各阶段符合客户及市场需求。
4.产品管理:负责产品的规划、开发、发布、优化等整个生命周期的管理,涵盖不仅限于产品核心定位、宣传策略制定、预算建议、客户跟踪等。
5.客户关系维护:定期进行客户跟踪,收集客户反馈,并就客户提出的产品使用问题提供有效解决方案。
6.团队协作:与销售、市场、研发、项目等团队密切合作,为团队提供产品性能、技术参数、操作使用等技术支持。
7.培训及技术指导:定期组织公司线上/线下产品知识、技能培训;为客户提供现场安装、调试及操作指导,确保设备正常运行。
任职要求:
1.教育背景:全日制本科及以上学历,物理、工程、计算机、医学影像等相关专业,QS前100院校毕业或硕士优先。
2.工作经验:4年以上产品、技术或研发岗位工作经验,具备外资企业或海外工作经验者优先。
3.专业技能:
80具备医疗影像相关产品全生命周期/全流程管理经验。
80熟悉影像产品的原理、结构、性能及使用方法。
80具备良好的市场调研和分析能力,能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。
80了解国际行业标准和法规,具备医疗器械注册和认证知识。
80英语听说读写熟练。
4.其他素质:
80擅于学习掌握新知识、技能,具备较强的自驱力。
80公平正直,踏实有韧性,优秀的团队合作意识。
80能够快速适应多元文化环境。
80能接受国际出差。
Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on technology trends, market demands, user needs, and competitor products to provide data-driven support for product positioning and marketing strategies.
2.Compliance Monitoring: Track domestic and international policies and regulations to ensure product compliance with target market requirements.
3.Product Definition: Define product specifications, prioritize key features, and establish market positioning and strategies to align with customer and market demands at every stage.
4.Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and continuous optimization. This includes core positioning, promotional strategy, budget recommendations, and customer engagement.
5.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers, gather feedback, and provide effective solutions for any product-related issues they raise.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and project teams, offering technical support on product performance, specifications, and usage guidelines.
7.Training & Technical Support: Organize and deliver regular online/offline training on product knowledge and skills. Provide on-site guidance for installation, commissioning, and operations to ensure smooth equipment functionality.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Imaging, or a related field. Graduates from top-tier universities are preferred.
2.Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, technical, or R&D roles. Experience in multinational companies or international settings is a plus.
3.Skills:
oProven experience in managing the full lifecycle of medical imaging products.
oIn-depth knowledge of the principles, structure, and operation of imaging products.
oStrong skills in market research and analysis, with the ability to accurately identify market trends and customer needs.
oFamiliarity with international industry standards and regulations, including expertise in medical device registration and certification.
oExcellent command of English in both written and spoken forms.
