1. Work in project team and be a project quality leader to coordinate all related members to manage project quality risk, delivery quality mindset

2. Identify and resolve quality risks and problems found during project phase to ensure no quality problems during mass production

Job Scope of the Position工作内容

1. Control project risks, make all team members clear about project quality target (promise to customer, contract, ppm)

2. Follow up the critical characteristic review and lead the critical control during project phase

3. Lead FMEA and control plan (review and update), coordinate R&D engineer and Lab and SQE for product review and qualification

4. Conduct the process audit to new product or project according to process audit checklist and follow up the improvement actions

5. Follow up the quality risks and problems detected during project phase

6. Follow up the product and material qualification results, report to project team and lead the improvement

7. Conduct gap analysis for process of FMEA, control plan, product/process/material qualification and drive continual improvements

Core Requirements(Technical / Managerial Competencies) 核心要求（技术/管理能力）

1. Quality risk identification by DFMEA/PFMEA and coordinate to solve, control plan setup to control the quality

2. Coordinate the FMEA and control plan review and update

3. Coordinate the critical characteristic review and conduct the control actions

4. Conduct the process audit to new product or project according to process audit checklist and follow up the improvement actions

5. Follow up the quality risks and problems detected during project phase

6. Follow up the product and material qualification results, report to project team and lead the improvement

7. Conduct gap analysis for process of FMEA, control plan, product/process/material qualification and drive continual improvements

8. Quality performance follow up during mass production for the 1st 6 months

9. Material, prod and process qualification performance follow up

Preferred Requirements 建议要求

1.Familar with the quality management system, and familiar with the new prod development, process

2.Good at speaking of English, and have been worked in foreign company is a plus

Have worked in motor related business;

Engineering background is preferred;

Good coordinate ability;
