职位描述

Job Summary

This position is responsible for handling projects as assigned in SEMI and industry automation area, such as semiconductor manufacturing machine(SME)’s safety inspection, assessment, design review, testing, evaluation and certification. Additional tasks are to support the team to release its annual business development strategy, speaker at seminars, organize internal and external training, support for inquiry handling and customer visits, administrative tasks for setting up the projects.

Job Responsibilities

1.Handle projects and finishing tests and projects within lead time 30%

2.Review projects and prepare technical reports 10%

3.Responsible for testing activities, testing according to related standards10%

4.Provide technical information and support 10%

5.Coordinate with other departments and branches to make sure the “one-stop-shop” service has been provided to the customers 10%

6.Serve main customers and communicate with key accounts, keep good cooperation with them 10%

7.Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target 5%

8.Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers 5%

9.As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress 5%

10.Perform other duties assigned by Manager/Section manager 5%

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above; major in SEMI, Automation, Electronic, or other related subject;

2.At least 2 years working experience in TIC field with reliable working performance;

3.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

5.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6.Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7.Good people management skill;

8.Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

9.Good computer skill;

10.Good command of English;

11.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required
