Project Manager

Lead project management team and complete all project activities per company business plan and requirement.

Responsible for project initiation, organize assessment meeting and participate in key technical assessment. (20%)

30%——定期跟踪和管理项目执行情况，解决遇到的问题，确保项目能够按照客户需求顺利上线。

Periodically track and manage the project implementation, resolve the problems, to ensure the flawless project launches per customer requirement. (30%)

20%——与全球客户保持良好沟通，及时获取客户需求，通报项目进展，并统一协调接口。

Keep good communication with worldwide customers, timely get the customer’s requirements, communicate the project progress, and unify the interface. (20%)

15%——识别项目中的潜在风险，在必要时向管理层报告以采取缓解措施。

OIdentify the risk of the project and escalate to the management team for mitigation when necessary. (15%)

10%——维护质量管理体系，确保流程合规性。

Maintain and ensure the quality system and process compliance. (10%)

5%——执行上级指派的其他相关任务。
