2.To initiate timing plan and other files required by CBU during quotation phase；

在报价阶段按CBU启动时间计划以及其它的文件；

3.To lead project team set up and customer kick off meeting；

领导团队建立客户启动会；

4.To ensure the fulfillment of all the customer specifications in terms of milestones, quality, validation, logistic, packaging, environment etc；

确保满足所有客户的时间表、质量、验证、物流、包装规范；

5.To define necessary resources / organization to meet the targets；

定义必要的资源/组织达到目标；

6.To define detailed planning and ensure that activities are carried out on schedule；

定义详细计划以及确保活动如期的进行；

7.To tracking each other function’s timing (tool, equipment, sub-supplier, validation, material development, plant readiness etc.)；

相互跟踪时间完成进度(模具、设备、供应商、验证、材料开发、工厂准备情况等)；

8.To be responsible for budget control include tooling, investment, validation, and development expenses according to the approved program budget；

负责预算控制包括模具、投入、验证以及开研发费用根据批准的项目的预算；

9.To be responsible for profitability improvement；

负责收益利润上的提高；

10.To control project quality performance and handle customer complains；

控制项目质量指标以及处理客户的抱怨；

11.To lead team to solve part quality issue；

带领团队处理质量问题；

12.To control engineering change management in PLM(feasibility, quotation, kick off, submit & release EC, running, audit, close ), customer interface；

控制工程的变更管理(可行性、报价、启动、服从释放EC、运行、审查、关闭)，客户接口；

13.To perform risk analysis assessment and suggest action plan for solving or escalation；

执行风险分析评估以及建议行动的计划；

14.To lead and steer an across-functional team；

跨职能团队领导引导；

15.To define team members' objectives and assignments during development phases；

制定研发阶段团队成员的目标以及任务；

16.To coordinate internal and customer project reviews / activities；

协调内部以及客户项目审查活动；

17.To ensure smooth program transfer from development to production at Gate 6；

确保项目从开发阶段到量产顺利的完成；

18.To finish other tasks assigned by Head of PM & APQP and Plant Manager；

顺利完成项目部门经理 & APQP以及工厂经理的任务；

19.To ensure the Continuous Improvement Management System within Program Management；

确保项目管理持续改进管理系统；

20.To ensure the Program Management meets the requirements of TS 16949 and ISO 14001；

确保项目管理符合TS16949和ISO14001的相关的要求；

21.上属安排的其它的任务。
