项目经理

- 负责推荐成立产品开发项目小组； Set up project team of cross functions.

- 负责召集制定和更新“产品开发进度计划”； Lead team to build and update project planning.

- 负责对项目小组成员与项目相关的工作的安排，组织和召开项目小组会议，做出必要的仲裁； Arrange project team meeting with team members， distribute project tasks to team members， if need， to make judgment for team.

- 负责起草阶段评审资料；负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审； Prepare APDS TG audit， and arrange team members to review Phase performance for every APDS phases.

- 领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理；拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求； Lead team to set up project target， including Quality， Cost， timing planning and resource requirement.

- 在项目中作为客户代表，了解客户的需求信息，负责获取客户对项目的要求并向项目小组提出相应的要求； In project， work as Customer representative， get and forward Customer information.

- 负责开发过程中产品成本和项目费用控制； Control project and product cost.

- 其他部门经理布置的任务. Other tasks as directed by Department Manager.

Requirements：

- 熟练掌握，运用APQP管理项目开发； Good skill to develop new project at APQP basis;

- 能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具；Good at tools of quality management such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA;

- 英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE，AutoCAD；Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE, AutoCAD1）
