职位描述

Job Description:
1. To be primary point of contact for the customer, selling services across business units (Sea freight, Airfreight) with a specific focus on the assigned business unit.
作为客户的主要联系点,跨业务部门(海运、空运)销售服务,特别关注指定的业务部门。
2. To closely cooperate with operations to develop and apply specialized knowledge relative to the assigned business unit and trade lane (where applicable) and liaise on pricing/RFQ preparation.
与运营部门密切合作,开发和应用与指定业务部门和贸易通道(如适用)相关的专业知识,并就定价/RFQ 的准备工作进行联络。
3. To develop spot and regular opportunities with existing and new customers.
与现有和新客户开发现货和定期机会。
4. Participate in development of businesses locally or overseas.
参与本地和海外业务开发。
5. To prepare and conduct customer visits, calls, presentations , negotiations and contracts.
准备和进行客户拜访、电话、演示、谈判和合同。
6. To input and timely update sales activities utilizing CW system.
利用CW系统输入并及时更新销售活动。
7. To ensure proper transitioning of customer to operations in line with customer requirements and internal procedures.
根据客户要求和内部程序,确保客户正确过渡到运营。
8. To complete all required sales activities (calls, visits, leads, opportunities).
完成所有必需的销售活动(电话、访问、潜在客户、机会)。
Requirements:
岗位要求
1. Familiar with the overseas agency development work of various routes, and have a certain understanding of the international freight forwarding operation process.
熟悉各航线的海外代理开拓工作,对国际货运代理操作流程有一定了解。
2. Minimum 3 years' sales experience in freight forwarder. Multinational company experience is preferable.
至少3年货运代理销售经验。 有跨国公司经验者优先。
3. Good command in English & Mandarin.
良好的英语和普通话能力。
4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
优秀的人际交往和表达能力。
5. Self motivated, teamwork, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
自我激励,团队合作,以结果为导向,能够在压力下工作。
6. Basic computer skills - especially MS office - Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook.
基本的计算机技能 - 特别是 MS Office - Excel、Word、PowerPoint 和 Outlook。
