PCB Layout Engineer

1. Responsible for creating and maintaining the schematic and PCB layout management library for new products in the R&D department, and improving and supplementing standard rules as necessary; If necessary, design improvements and provide recommendations to hardware design engineers;

2. Write PCB related design manuals, layout rules, checklists, PCB approval processes, etc;

3. Complete PCB design work based on schematic diagrams, structural diagrams, and layout design specifications, and output production materials such as GERBER and BOM;

4. Analyze and summarize the issues and experiences related to device layout during the Layout process, and provide timely feedback to the Layout Management Library;

5. Familiar with PCB and SMT processes, and able to improve PCB processes and communicate quality issues.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics or related professional course, with over 3 years of PCB Layout design experience;

2. Familiar with EMC, thermal, safety regulations, and product reliability design of electronic products, with mature PCB design experience in hardware products with more than 4 layers; Will use industry standard EDA tools such as Altlum Designer, Cadence, MentorGraphics, etc

3. Good communication skills and design experience in power products such as switch mode power supplies are preferred;

4.Have good English reading and writing skills, be able to read and understand technical documents;

5. Serious, down-to-earth, meticulous, and dedicated to research, with a strong team spirit and a strong awareness of product quality.

工作职责:

1、负责研发部门新产品的原理图和PCB layout管理库的创建和维护，必要时进行完善并补充标准规则; 如有必要，就设计改进，给与硬件设计工程师建议；

2、编写PCB相关的设计指导书、Layout规则、Checklist、PCB认可流程等；

3、根据原理图、结构图及Layout设计规范完成PCB设计工作，输出GERBER、BOM等生产资料；

4、分析、总结Layout过程中器件布置的问题和经验，并及时反馈至layout管理库中；

5、熟悉了解PCB,SMT工艺，且对PCB进行工艺改进以及质量问题沟通等。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程，电气工程或相关专业,3年以上PCBLayout设计经验；

2、熟悉电子产品EMC、热、安规、以及产品可靠性设计，有功率器件硬件产品PCB 设计经验；会使用行业标准的EDA工具（如PADs等）

3、有良好的沟通能力，有开关电源等类似功率产品相关设计经验者优先；

4、具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解技术文档；

5、认真踏实细致爱钻研，有较好的团队协作精神和较强的产品质量意识。
