Job Description

Support the BNG Cangzhou operation by coordinating inspection-related work, cross-team communication, and project execution. Act as a bridge between the Hebei factory and Shenzhen HQ for quality, logistics, and people-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize, schedule, and follow up all on-site inspections and audits

- Prepare, review, and finalize inspection reports before submission to the Shenzhen QC team

- Communicate with inspectors, material engineers, and Shenzhen QC/engineering teams

- Monitor inspection process and propose improvement measures where necessary

- Address and coordinate resolution of Hebei factories issues in real-time

- Support local recruitment: screen CVs, arrange and conduct 1st round interviews

- Liaise with Shenzhen HR and team for second-round interviews or onboarding

- Assist with short-term supervision of office renovation (approx. 3 weeks)

- Facilitate communication between Hebei and Shenzhen logistics teams

- Provide weekly summary reports to HQ on inspections, issues, and progress updates

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality-related positions

- Strong understanding of inspection, quality control, and reporting processes

- Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and departments

- Familiar with basic logistics workflows and cross-site collaboration

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask independently
