电气工程师

1、负责电气设计，包含但不限于：

①低压电气控制柜MCC、LCC的设计、选型、出图；

②配料车间设备的布置，桥架、电缆的设计、选型、出图；

2、负责电气控制系统PLC及计算机HMI软件的编程；

3、负责控制系统的现场调试、操作人员培训；

4、参与控制系统售后服务：

①外协控制柜加工、制作、装配过程中的指导、测试及验收；

②外购电缆、桥架等的查验和测试；

③负责电控系统设备、桥架、电缆安装的现场指导、查验、测试；

④负责电控系统与机械设备的联调试车。

任职要求：

1、大学本科以上相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；

2、熟练西门子S7-1200/1500 PLC编程，或 Allen Bradley Control Logix5000 PLC 编程；

3、熟练上位机组态软件WinCC或Intouch或IFIX的编程及调试，有触摸屏的使用经验；

4、熟悉欧标电控柜原理图、装配布置图，有现场设备I/O测试、软件调试经验和能力，有相关从业经历者优先；

5、熟悉电子计量、称重配料系统，有相关从业经历者优先；

6、诚实自律、踏实勤奋，具团队合作精神，善与同事、客户沟通，能够出差；

7、懂英文，有外企工作经验者（加分项、非必须）。

Responsibilities:

- to program the PLC and PC of the control system

- to start up and commissioning of the control system at site

- to involve in after-sales service of the control system

Requirements:

- Bachelor or above in related majorities, min. 3 years working experience in similar position

- Skill to program PLC Siemens S7 1200/1500 or Allen Bradley Control Logix 5000

- Skill to program and commissioning PC HMI software WinCC or iFix or Intouch, knowing touch panel is preferable

- Knowing principle and layout drawing of control cabinet basing on European standard, skill to do site I/O test and have experience of site supervision & commissioning is preferable

- Working experience in weighing & batching system business is preferable

- Honest and self-disciplined, reliable and stable, team working spirit and be able to travel

- English speaking and working experience in foreign companies are preferable
