主要任务The main missions of the role are to:

Within the framework of FES implementation, the GAP leader’s responsibilities are:

1．保证所有GAP成员理解和运用7个质量基本要素 Ensure 7 Quality Basics are understood & applied by all GAP Members

？终检 Final inspection、红箱Red bins、自检Self-inspection、首件合格OK 1st part、返工Rework、防差错系统Poka-yoke、

？快速反映质量控制QRCI

2．保证标准化作业Ensure Standardized work、建立标准化作业Building Standardised Work、细检标准化作业Check SW in detail、培训操作工使用标准化作业及多岗位标准、Train GAP Members using Standardised work and Polyvalence standard、利用标准化作业提高运营绩效Use SW Improve Operational Performance

3．保证生产产量Produce parts (Target 30% of time) 、替岗 Replace missing operator、20-30%时间用于生产 20-30% time for producing parts、在生产力不足影响实现产量目标的情况下，增援生产线 Reinforce line if productivity is in danger of missing target (N, N+1)

4． 协调GAP内部运作Coordinate work within GAP

？ 主导TOP5会议 Lead meeting TOP5

？ 工作组织/多岗位 Work organization / Polyvalence

？ 管理生产产量板 Management of Parts Board

？ 准备换模（仅限于GAP内部的换模）

？ 跟踪指标&采取反应行动（每小时/每天） Tracking indicators & Reacting(hourly/daily)

5． 安全Safety

？ 参与风险分析&安全作业指导书Involvement in risk analysis & safety instructions

6． 改善工作流程Improve work processes

？ GAP班长日工作表作为改进过程 GAP Leader Routine as a process for improvement

？ GAP成员参与本GAP的绩效改进 Inclusion of GAP Members to improve GAP's performance

？ 获取GAP成员对本区域的合理化建议 Obtain GAP Member input for improvements in area

？ 确保合理化建议的实施 Ensure implementation of I. Ideas

？ 协调支持功能解决问题的根本原因 Liaise with S F's to solve problems - root cause

资格要求Qualifications :

1． 中专或高中以上学历

2． 1年以上班组长工作经验优先

3． 熟练使用办公软件，Excel、word使用

2．部门经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager

3．能够遵守公司的道德规范、管理规范以及行为准则的相关要求

4．能够遵守佛吉亚10个环境要求、ISO：14001的相关环境要求
