Key Account Manager

1. Actively expand new customers through various channels, and regularly maintain existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Be responsible for sales to key customers, deeply explore potential needs, and enhance customer value.

3. Plan marketing activities to improve brand awareness, product sales, and market competitiveness.

4. Arrange and execute customer meetings, follow up on customer projects, provide project support and calculations, and participate in domestic and international exhibitions and forums.

5. Participate in the promotion of new products and services, understand and record customer needs, customize personalized sales plans, and achieve sales targets.

6. Collaborate with each department. Based on customer feedback and market data, provide new ideas for product optimization.

7. Properly handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction.

8. Pay attention to industry trends and market dynamics, analyze data, formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business English, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. Those with an interest or experience in the electrical engineering field are preferred.

2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with English being able to be used as the working language. Willing to travel on business, and those who expect overseas business trips and have overseas experience are preferred.

3. 1 - 3 years or above of overseas sales experience, familiar with market dynamics, able to understand customer needs, and possess strategic thinking.

4. Proficient in operating tool software such as SAP/CRM and MS Office.

5. Have excellent communication and expression skills, master outstanding sales and negotiation skills, work in a goal - and result - oriented manner, and be able to understand and present sales data.

6. Attach great importance to service and be customer - oriented, with good entrepreneurial thinking and action capabilities.
