职位描述
1. Develop new and future business opportunities for all CSS products, e.g. AC / HVAC systems;
2. Develop new customers within the scope of all CSS segments, e.g. off-highway (Construction /Agriculture), Ambulance, RV, Personal Transport, etc.;
3. Analyze and implement market opportunities to achieve revenue targets;
4. Define and execute the market sales strategy for Asia Pacific;
5. Identify and develop potential new business partner that would further support Ebersp01cher business growth (Sales Distributors, General Agents, Joint-Ventures, etc.);
6. Analyze existing and potential customer groups, identify customer requirements, develop applicable business models / cases;
7. Translate the needs of customers into product / service requirements and initiate gradual product / service development;
8. Monitor local and international competitors, product trends and market developments as well as government legislation to ensure requirements are met;
9. Know-how exchange across cross-cultural teams;
10. Manage regional pricing in line with global and local policies;
11. Support local sales entities and agents with all what is needed to be successful in the markets;
12. Central point of contact for regional sales teams distributed throughout Asia Pacific;
13. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
Requirement Profiles:
1. University degree (bachelor or above) in engineering or business management;
2. Sales experience in the automotive industry (> 5 years);
3. Fluent in English is a must, both oral and in writing;
4. Good communication skills, international experience;
5. Willingness to travel;
