Your key responsibilities include:

61 Oversee project coordination, reporting, finances, schedules, and stability, ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope and resources.

61 Lead short-term projects for assigned schools or departments, or contribute to larger university-wide projects, to enhance service delivery.

61 Contribute to new projects, processes, and plans supporting innovation, and report on project status while implementing corrective actions to meet targets.

61 Provide expert advice and recommendations within policy guidelines to support decision-making, learning, teaching, and research activities.

61 Present individual or team work at internal or external meetings to ensure school/departmental issues are effectively represented.

About You

61 You should have Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Business Management or relevant area. Master’s Degree would be ideal.

61 You should have relevant working experience in project management or large-scale events management.

61 You should have good command of both English and Chinese.

61 You should have experience in the high education industry or having a good understanding of the university business departments.
