Risk review during tender stage

Familiar with China Law regarding contract term & conditions.

Contract risk management and trade compliance control.

Negotiation for critical T&C with External & Internal customers.

To get preferable payment term for each contract.

Initiate and complete project risk review according to group guideline.

Coordinate and lead the risk review meeting if required.

Provide risk review training to sales and other functions.

Contract review

Review sales and purchasing contracts to identify the risks and revise the contract terms according to ABB policy and Local Law requirement. Coordinate and get support from country legal, insurance and IP function, to ensure key contract terms are in line with ABB requirement.

Support sales to negotiate with the customer for critical terms, if required.

Sales contract chop management, ensure all contracts to be stamped are in line with the approved T&Cs.

LOA&POA review

Review and revise LOA and POA to ensure all LOA and POA issued could meet ABB requirement and risk management.

Credit review

Perform customer credit review and credit risk management.

Others

Provide other commercial support if required.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree or above and major in Law with Lawyer background, international trade or relevant with Lawyer background.

A good understanding of Contract Law / Contract Terms and Conditions.

A good understanding of project risk management, at least 3-4 years of contract review experiences in related area.

Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Good at Microsoft Software, Excel, Power Point etc..
