职位描述

1.To provide suggestions of HR policy and management according to the requirement of business dept.‘s development/ 根据业务部门的发展需要,提出人力资源政策建议及管理建议;
2.Manage recruiting for positions through different channels including website advertisement, internal referrals and search firms vendors/通过各种招聘渠道,包括网站,内部推荐及猎头等完成各岗位招聘工作;
3.Manage trainings for both internal and external, do training plan before put the training into effect and give an analyse to the effect after the training/负责公司内部培训和外部培训,包括培训前制定培训计划、实施培训,培训后进行培训效果评估及分析;
4.Responsible for employee deveopment and employee relationship /负责公司员工发展和员工关系相关工作;
5.Make plan and budget control for company annual activities/公司年度活动计划的制定及预算控制;
6.Implementation and effect tracking the plan for company annual staff activities (including company overall activities and workshop only activities)/公司年度员工活动计划(包含公司全体及车间独立的活动)的组织实施及效果跟踪;
7.Responsible for HR marketing communication/负责人力资源相关的市场沟通工作/;
8.Gather the proposals of staffs and give solutions to these questions/收集员工建议,解决相关的问题;
9.Annual ISO14000/9000/TS16949 training plan/年度ISO14000/9000/TS16949培训计划汇总;
10.Validation of various training/各种培训效果验证;
11.Manage and train subordinates./管理和培训下属员工;
12.Any other temporary administration services by company needs.负责公司需要的任何临时性的服务支持;
13.Support other HR practices and events as assigned by direct manager/领导交付的其他工作
