助理测试工程师

1、在主管工程师的指导下，负责试验室内各项试验数据的记录与分析；

Under the guidance of the engineer in charge, be responsible for the recording and analysis of various test data in the laboratory;

2、负责试验室设备、仪器的维护及保养，使试验工具保持良好的可用状态；

Responsible for the maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments, so as to keep the test tools in good condition;

3、负责相关区域现场的EHS\7S及其他质量体系标准的落实，保持试验环境的有效性；

Responsible for the implementation of EHS\7S and other quality system standards on site in relevant areas, and maintain the effectiveness of the test environment;

4、接受公司对试验室体系、试验方法及结果判定等知识的培训，持续提高测试能力；

Accept the company's training on the laboratory system, test methods and result judgment, and continuously improve the testing ability;

5、在公司统一协调下进行岗位轮换，掌握各系统模块的综合试验技能与管理技能；

Carry out job rotation under the unified coordination of the company, and master the comprehensive test skills and management skills of each system module;

6、完成上级主管交办的其他临时性工作任务。

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superior supervisors.

任职要求: Qualifications:

1、本科及以上学历，电子电气、自动化、机械、机电、高分子材料、新能源及其他工科类专业优秀毕业生；

Bachelor degree or above, outstanding graduates majoring in electronics, automation, machinery, electromechanical, polymer materials, new energy and other engineering majors;

2、英语CET-4以上，能够顺利阅读英文测试标准；

English CET-4 or above, able to read English test standards smoothly;

3、熟练操作Word, Excel , PPT等办公软件，掌握CAD, Labvie等试验室相关软件技能；

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software, master CAD, Labvie and other laboratory-related software skills;

4、性格开朗、有责任心、抗压能力强、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
