2：Develop quality strategy and improvement target, initiate improvement plan against the target, and track the implement status to ensure the achievement of target.

3：Supervise quality engineers and inspectors to fulfill quality inspection. Monitor daily quality status. Maintain an accurate quality data collecting, recording and reporting system.

任职资格：

1：Bachelor’s degree or above, major in machinery or similar.

本科及以上学历，工程机械或者相关专业毕业

2：More than 8 years working experience plus a minimum of 5 years of supervisor above managerial experience.

超过八年的相关工作经验，至少五年的管理岗位

3：- Familiar with ISO System

熟悉ISO体系,

4：- Familiar with Machining Manufacturing

熟悉机械行业加工生产作业,

5：- Familiar with Inspection Instruments/ Gagues/etc.

熟悉常用的质检器具,

6：- Familiar with Quatlity Control Methods and Analysis

熟悉质量控制手段及质量问题分析方法,

7：- Familiar with Quality Tool

熟悉应用质量工具;

8：- Good system analysis and logic skills.

良好的系统分析和逻辑能力。

9：- Good inter-personal and communication, and strong leadership skills

良好的人际交往与沟通，和强有力的领导技能。

10：- Fluently English both in oral and written, Italian is an advantage

流利的英语口语和书面能力，意大利语优先考虑。

11：- Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations
