Senior Data Engineer (职位编号：64559745)

1. Responsible for the data governance work of XJTLU, design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure standardized and consistent data management and usage.

2. Organize and manage university-wide data assets, design and execute end-to-end ETL workflows (extract, transform, load) including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and loading to maintain data accuracy.

3. Analyze business requirements, leverage advanced data analytics tools and techniques to mine and interpret large-scale datasets, derive actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.

4. Develop and standardize best practices for data utilization and analytics, advocate data-driven approaches at the institutional level to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across departments.

5. Oversee the architecture design, implementation, and maintenance of XJTLU's data management platform, ensuring system stability, scalability, and seamless integration with institutional operations.

6. Design and deploy university-level database systems, provide technical expertise and support to operations teams for database optimization, troubleshooting, and long-term stability.

7. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

4. 制定和优化数据应用和数据分析的规范和流程，在校级层面引导和推动数据应用，助力业务部门增效降本；

5. 负责西浦数据管理平台的架构设计、建设实施、数据应用及平台的日常运维，确保平台稳定运行；

6. 负责西浦校级数据库系统的整体规划与建设实施，为运维团队提供专业的数据库技术支持，确保系统稳定运行；

7. 完成领导分配的其他工作。

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Management, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, with over 8 years of relevant work experience.

2.Familiar with data governance standards and frameworks such as DCMM, DAMA, etc.

3.In-depth understanding of data models, data standards, data quality, master data, metadata, etc., and proficiency in ETL technologies and related tools.

4.Hands-on experience in the usage and construction of platforms like Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Big Data, and Master Data Management systems.

5.Proficient in SQL and at least one statistical analysis language (e.g., Python, R).

6.Skilled in BI development tools such as FineReport, Tableau, and PowerBI, with familiarity in the full lifecycle of report development.

7.Expertise in at least one database management system (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle). Those with experience in vector databases (e.g., Milvus) are preferred.

8.Strong communication and teamwork skills, excellent learning agility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

7. 精通PostgreSQL、MySQL、SQL Server、Oracle等至少一种主流数据库管理系统，有向量数据库（如Milvus等）管理经验者更优；

8. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，善于学习钻研，能够承受一定的工作压力。
