岗位要求：

1. 硕士研究生学历，分子生物学、细胞生物学或免疫生物学专业

2. 具有丰富的分子生物/细胞/蛋白/抗体的实验经验

3. 具有熟练的英语读写能力，英语CET-6级以上。英语口语流利者优先。

4. 具有较强的沟通表达和协调管理能力，有项目管理或项目负责人经验者优先。

Position: Project Manager

Location: Nanjing

Role Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage customer projects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. The successful candidate should have solid scientific background, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving ability, and good business sense. He or she will need to work directly with external clients, coordinate with internal departments, fit with collaborative and competitive culture in GenScript.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;

2. Develop project plans within his/her expertise to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;

3. Delegate project tasks based on lab members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels;

4. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals;

5. Update project progress to clients based on project agreement or milestonely by email or telecom;

6. Provide scientific explanation to unexpected results, and suggest reasonable solutions;

7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

8. Participate in customer visit and scientific events;

9. Work collaboratively with commercial team and production team to ensure customer satisfaction;

10. Complete other work assignments from project leader according to service standards.

Qualifications and skills:

1. Master degree in biology;

2. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience;

3. Client orientated, excellent client-facing communication skills;
