SoC PM(J10021)

1. Responsible for the project planning, coordination and schedule control of all aspects of SoC, including requirement introduction, project creation, software/hardware design and verification, tape-out, testing, and delivery.

2. Responsible for the risk effective identification and determination. Summarize, provide feedback, and report regularly when executing project.

3. Responsible for team building. Guide with clear objectives and results orientated. And motivate the team to maintain a good working condition.

4. Responsible for the coordination and communication with external partners of the project. Resolving customer needs and problems.

任职资格:

1. Experience on project management of multiple mass production of SoC chips and familiar with SoC development process.

2. Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, good at project planning, risk management and user requirements guidance.

3. Optimistic and cheerful, able to effectively motivate the team to maintain good working condition
