Field Service Engineer

61 Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at customer site.

61 Preparation of the service job to execute/resolve at the shortest possible time.

61 Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.

61 Write service report on site and get it signed by the customer.

61 Update service execution IT system with relevant information.

61 Report unsafe practices, incidents and work for continuous improvement.

61 Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.

61 Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares.

61 Execute service in our Service Centres if required.

What you know

Knowledge and skills:

61College degree or above, major in Mechatronics, Mechanical or related

61At least 3 years working experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, background in decanter is a plus

61Good command in English, both written and oral

61Good communication skill and customer service awareness
