职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build Overseas Private Domain from 0 to 1
。Design and implement an end-to-end private domain strategy targeting overseas users (platforms may include Telegram, Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, etc.);
。Develop user acquisition funnels, segmentation strategies, user tagging systems, and lifecycle engagement models;
。Set up a scalable content framework and standard community management procedures adapted to multiple regions and languages.
2. Community Building & User Engagement
。Lead the setup and daily operations of overseas communities from scratch in key target markets;
。Develop strategies to drive user growth, retention, activation, and monetization within the community;
。Recruit and manage KOCs/KOLs and power users to co-create content and build influence;
。Plan and execute community campaigns, user events, and surveys to foster engagement and loyalty.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Design
。Work closely with product, design, content, and support teams to execute overseas private domain strategies;
。Build repeatable SOPs for community operations, automation workflows, and internal knowledge systems;
。Use feedback loops and data analysis to continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above; international education or work background preferred;
2、Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Japanese, Korean, etc.) is a plus;
3、3+ years of experience in community operations, user engagement, or global growth, ideally with 0–1 project experience in overseas markets;
4、Deep familiarity with at least two major overseas platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, LINE, etc.;
5、Strong execution, communication, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
1、Experience in consumer-facing overseas markets such as cross-border eCommerce, mobile apps, gaming, or adult products;
2、Capable of developing and localizing content strategies tailored to regional cultures and user behavior;
3、Comfortable using tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Analytics, CRM/SCRM tools to track and optimize operations;
4、Deep understanding of one or more regional markets (e.g. US, Southeast Asia, LATAM, Japan/Korea, Middle East) and local community dynamics.
