Role Statement:
The job incumbent is responsible for supporting the technical review, as well as internal and external audits of Forestry Asian Hub. She/He performs the job in the framework of the BV Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review product reports before they are sent to the relevant BV’s Hub final review to ensure that all reports are in conformity with accreditation requirements
2. Communicate and follow-up with BV internal organizations to ensure that reports are reviewed and certificates distributed within an appropriate timeframe
3. Participate in preparing and implementing relevant action plans to support the product activities
4. Administrative review and proposal review whenever requested
5. Assist to perform BV system operation, such as CMX, Siebel, etc.
6. Contribute to the management of the international accreditations
7. Perform product audits to customers as auditor in order to gain and maintain professional field experience
8. Take part in relevant events to promote the brand image of BV (e.g. national conferences, etc.)
9. Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
10. Other tasks assigned by the company
Job Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, in technical discipline relevant to the business. Major in Forestry or Agriculture is preferred.
2. Qualification: FSC Lead auditor, CFCC Lead auditor, and trainee auditor in forestry certification scheme are preferred.
3. Working experience: A minimum of 2 years’ related experience
4. English skills and good communication skills
5. Good PC skills
6. High sense of responsibility and good team spirit
