Your key responsibilities

61Maintain a local QA (ISO 9001:

2015) & RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm

Oil ) system that ensures the highest level of product quality and services to

the customer (including managing quality systems F-GMP programs, and enforcing

corporate policies, methods and specifications).

61Lead and co-ordinate on customer, supplier, government, corporate and

internal audits of the local site.

61 Lead on the client complaint investigation, conduct RCA (Root cause

analysis) with stakeholders and liaise with clients

61Conduct Quality training to Operational team.

61Execute and implement any continuous improvement, site projects, regional or

global projects as per assigned.

61Conduct, co-ordinate and set up proces flow and/or validation protocol for

new equipments and new processes with Operations.

You bring

61University degree with chemistry background

613 to 5 years in QA in a chemical or perfume manufacturing environment

61Fluent in English speaking and writing

61Quality Assurance : knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Audit

management, QMS (Quality Management System) Knowledge, Complaint handling and

project management experience. Familar with data analysis tools.

61Familiar with SAP system, MS office application, powerBI and other IS

application that can support Quality activities.

61People leadership (To build good collaboration with stakeholders)
