Job Summary
The Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation system, ensuring that compensation strategies align with company goals and market standards. This role requires in-depth knowledge of compensation management, data analysis, and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on external peer compensation data to provide a basis for determining the company's compensation standards for various positions.
Design and optimize compensation and benefits schemes according to the company's development needs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic development direction.
Identify and address management issues related to compensation, adjusting existing compensation schemes or related management policies as necessary.
Provide guidance and supervision on the company's compensation and benefits calculations.
Organize and review the implementation of salary and bonus distribution for various employees according to the company's compensation and performance management policies.
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to control the company's labor costs.
Design and optimize stock option incentive plans, including the formulation and optimization of overseas stock option incentive plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields, with experience in compensation management in international companies.
Familiarity with laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and insurance.
Integrity, loyalty, meticulous work ethic, and strong confidentiality.
Proficiency in data analysis.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
